Finally! A use for broccoli outside of torture from consumption. This photo series by Fluvio Bonavia includes belts, earrings, rings, headphones, shoes and handbags all made out of real food. Bonavia takes credit for the even-toned lighting and photo skills in this coffee table book entitled “Style andTaste” (or “A Matter of Taste” in some countries). Despite his photoshop and editing skills, Bonavia hand-crafted each fashion accessory and photographed it on film. If the work did not turn out, he made adjustments to the models and re-did the entire shoot. PRetty impressive commitment to one’s craft in today’s digitally and age, wouldn’t you agree? Food expert and cookbook author Peta Mathias is responsible for the book’s text.
