THE AMAZING ART OF FREE-RUNNING

This short documentary follows Jason Paul, a free runner on his way to Red Bull’s Art of Motion event. It was established as the first free running competition in the world back in 2007 and this year it made its UK debut on London’s South Bank. Twenty-four of the greatest athletes took part in the free event, showing off their urban acrobatics to an excited crowd. Written, directed and edited by Frank Sauer, Dream World captures footage of the event as well as Paul’s personal journey.
