Eating dessert is one of life’s simple pleasures, but sadly for many a sweet-tooth, the cream, chocolate, spinkles and custard comes with plenty of calories. Until now (apparently). Vaportrim is a dessert inhaler. What does that mean? Exactly what it sounds like. Vaportrim is a straw-shaped stick that offers dieters an alternative to dessert – the stick is filled with dessert-flavoured water vapours, and when inhaled (a similar experience to smoking), the dessert flavour is tasted by the user and all cravings for chocolate cake, vanilla cupcakes and the likes are satisfied. Well, we think there’s a very fat chance of this product actually working, but we love that someone thought of this idea and believed that dessert-lovers would trade a delicious cupcake for synthetically-flavoured water vapour. Such optimism!
