If Star Wars Characters Were Teens In The 80′s

DeviantARTist, Denis Medri, (a.k.a. ~DenisM79) has created a whoa-worthy series of illustrations featuring imaginary depictions of Star Wars characters as 1980′s teenagers. The sketchy nature of the drawings gives the characters a little extra “oomph” as we can imagine the drawings coming to life, comic-book-turned-movie style (which makes total sense seeing as Medri is an Italian comic book illustrator). Medri imagined what the characters would look like if they were 1980′s teens, and also envisioned the characters in high school to create a more complete group of interesting personas.

Medri has a very impressive collection of illustrations of imagined characters, we’re sure to be showing more of this artists’ work in the near future.
