Frida And Other Famous Artist Halloween Costumes For Kids

It’s almost that time of year again, where a bunch of teenage girls will find an excuse to wear something ridiculously revealing, and a bunch of teen boys will be too cool to dress up – but you can make sure your toddler is dressed to impress with this adorable costume ideas. Famous artists are usually eccentric enough that their look can be replicated with every day items and just a little bit of effort, and the results are fantastic! A baby Frida Kahlo, a young Andy Warhol, and best of all, a post-1888 Vincent van Gogh complete with ear bandage is sure to garner you and your little artist friend a whole lot of primo candy. Besides, dressing up your kids as famous artists who have had a positive impact on society is a lot more exciting (and creative) than dressing up your kids as famous present-day celebs – somehow the thought of a 6 year old Snooki seems gag-worthy, but we’d love to see a baby Frida any day!

Cheers to the following people for their contributions to the costume ideas and photoshoots (and thanks to Oh Happy Day for this great post).
