Thanks to Ken Kawasumi, the award-winning sushi chef from Tokyo Sushi Academy, you can take a delicious bite of the United States of America president’s head, in sushi form, of course. Kawasumi claimed the 2009 championship title with his very cute sushi presidential face sushi design by using small shrimp (amis) to form Obama’s skin, black sesame for his hair, and fish paste for teeth.
