Snarkitecture has designed a 90 square meter (968 square foot) loft using 25,000 ping pong balls. The Brooklyn-based project is entitled the “Box Box Project” and belongs to one of the partners of Snarkitecture, Daniel Arsham, a graduate of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Luckily for visitors, the ping pong balls actually blend together to create a surprisingly interesting appearance of computer pixels, and the minimalist approach to furnishings and accessories really allow the wall treatment to remain the focus of the space. The loft is attached to Snarkitecture’s office and is accessible via a ladder in the employee bathroom.
